We are expanding our research team and looking for a young, high-potential AI & Quantitative Analyst ready to grow into a long-term strategic role within the firm.

Who We Are Looking For

We are intentionally searching for a young talent (22–26 years old) with:

  • MSc or preferably PhD in Machine Learning, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields

  • Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Quantitative Research

  • Solid programming skills (Python required; C++, Rust or similar a plus)

  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and backtesting

  • Deep interest in crypto assets and financial markets

  • Intellectual curiosity and long-term commitment mindset

What You Will Do

  • Develop ML-driven quantitative strategies on digital assets

  • Research alpha signals and portfolio construction methodologies

  • Build and optimize backtesting frameworks

  • Work on risk modeling and performance attribution

  • Contribute to systematic trading research and innovation

You will work directly with senior portfolio managers and researchers, accelerating your exposure to real capital allocation decisions.

What We Offer

  • Initial gross annual salary: €30,000 – €50,000, depending on experience
